Tech Whirl CRM Terms of Use
Effective date: 11 September 2026
1. Operator and scope
Tech Whirl CRM at https://crm.techwhirl.io is operated by T E C H W H I R L INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO. L.L.C ("Techwhirl", "we", "us"), a single-owner limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our business address is Office D-71, Ibrahim Hussain Ahli Building, Al Muteena, Dubai, UAE. Commercial license: 1357639. Commercial registration: 2305448. Contact: office@techwhirl.io.
These terms govern authorized access to Tech Whirl CRM's CRM, communications and publishing functions. Separate agreements may govern other Techwhirl products. Using Tech Whirl CRM does not create an account with, or grant rights to, the Coinductor wallet.
2. Authorized access
Use Tech Whirl CRM only if you have authority to access the relevant project and its information. If acting for an organization, you must have authority for the actions you perform on its behalf. Keep your account details accurate, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Your permissions depend on your assigned role. Project owners and administrators are responsible for granting appropriate access and removing access that is no longer needed. Do not share passwords or bypass project, role or security restrictions.
These terms apply when you accept them as part of your authorized use of Tech Whirl CRM. Publishing this page does not, by itself, record acceptance by an existing user. Contact us if you do not agree to these terms; you can still access the privacy policy and make a privacy request.
3. CRM data and content
You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant Techwhirl the limited permission needed to host, process, display and transmit that content to operate Tech Whirl CRM and carry out authorized instructions. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated commercial exploitation.
Only enter information you are entitled to process. Obtain necessary permissions and provide required notices to the people concerned. Keep contact information accurate and avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Do not enter wallet recovery phrases, private keys or third-party account passwords into CRM records.
Techwhirl retains its rights in Tech Whirl CRM software, design and branding. Third-party providers retain their own rights. Access to the application does not grant a right to redistribute its software or resell third-party API access.
4. Connected accounts and publishing
Only connect an account you own or are authorized to manage. Connections and features depend on provider permissions, technical availability and any required provider approval. A listed platform or feature is not a promise that access has been granted.
The current LinkedIn integration connects a personal profile and supports immediate or scheduled public posts with text and an image, video, PDF, Word or PowerPoint attachment. It does not provide LinkedIn private messages, inbox access, contact import or company Page publishing. Future features will require appropriate implementation, permissions and updated disclosures.
Connecting a profile to a shared project allows authorized owners or administrators to manage its publishing workflow. Review the project's membership before connecting. Agents can prepare their own drafts under the current role model; owners and administrators authorize scheduling.
Review the destination account, content, audience and scheduled time before authorizing publication. A connection alone does not send a post. Delivery can be delayed, rejected or interrupted by a provider. If the delivery result is uncertain, check the destination platform before attempting publication again.
Disconnecting LinkedIn clears local credentials but does not cancel every queued post or erase saved records. Cancel unwanted schedules separately; reconnecting before a scheduled time can allow a queued post to run. An action already in progress may complete. Manage already-published LinkedIn posts on LinkedIn.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Tech Whirl CRM for unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment, infringement, unauthorized collection of personal information or unsolicited bulk messaging. Do not upload malicious code, circumvent security controls, scrape LinkedIn, evade provider limits or connect accounts without permission.
Use connected-platform information only for the authorized application purpose. Do not sell LinkedIn information or use it for unrelated profiling, advertising targeting or surveillance. Follow the applicable platform terms and the restrictions of the permissions actually granted.
Tech Whirl CRM is an independent application. Its integration with a provider does not imply that the provider endorses Techwhirl, Tech Whirl CRM or user content. LinkedIn's services are subject to its own User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
6. Privacy and requests
The Tech Whirl CRM Privacy Policy explains the information processed, recipients, retention, security and available rights. Data Deletion Instructions explain how to request removal.
Send privacy, deletion and support requests to office@techwhirl.io. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or deleting information.
7. Service changes and availability
We may maintain, correct or change Tech Whirl CRM and its integrations. Features may stop working when a provider changes its services, revokes permissions or requires renewed authorization. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, successful delivery of every message or post, or future approval for additional APIs.
Where practicable, we will give notice of material changes affecting active use. No subscription price, payment obligation or service-level commitment is created by these terms. Any paid service requires a separate agreed arrangement.
8. Suspension and ending access
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably needed to address misuse, a security incident, a legal requirement or a provider restriction. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us about the restriction.
You may stop using Tech Whirl CRM, disconnect accounts and request account closure. Ending access does not automatically delete all records or remove content from third-party platforms. Retention and deletion are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9. Responsibility and mandatory rights
You are responsible for instructions and content you authorize and for your lawful use of the service. Techwhirl remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law and any separate agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts mandatory privacy, consumer or other statutory rights.
10. Disputes and updates
Contact office@techwhirl.io first so we can try to resolve a concern. Subject to mandatory applicable law, these terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in Dubai, with disputes submitted to the competent courts of Dubai. This does not prevent a person from exercising rights or bringing proceedings where mandatory law permits.
We will identify the effective date of the published version and notify users of material changes. Where renewed acceptance is required, we will obtain it before applying the changed terms. Changes will not retroactively authorize earlier data uses.
