Tech Whirl CRM Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion

To request removal of your Tech Whirl CRM account or information associated with a connected LinkedIn profile, email office@techwhirl.io with the subject Tech Whirl CRM data deletion request.

Include your Tech Whirl CRM account email, the relevant project or connected profile, and what you want removed. If you are a CRM contact without a Tech Whirl CRM login, explain how you interacted with the business so we can locate the relevant record. You do not need a Tech Whirl CRM account to make a request.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, wallet recovery phrases or private keys. We may request proportionate identity or authority verification through an appropriate channel before acting.

What happens next

Techwhirl will assess the request, identify the affected records, stop the relevant processing and arrange deletion of information no longer lawfully required. Requests are handled manually; sending an email does not immediately erase data. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful retention, limitation or need for clarification.

Depending on your request, affected records may include your account information, connected-profile identifiers and credentials, related drafts and schedules, and retained publishing records. Deleting a user's account does not necessarily authorize deletion of other people's information or an entire shared project.

Backup handling and retention exceptions are described in the Privacy Policy. The application does not automatically expire backups. Our response will distinguish removal from the live application from any backup copies that remain and explain the relevant removal arrangements. A local deletion does not mean that every backup copy has already been erased.

Disconnecting LinkedIn

An owner or administrator can disconnect LinkedIn in Tech Whirl CRM's LinkedIn integration settings. This removes the locally saved credentials and cancels pending connection attempts. It does not automatically erase profile identifiers, display names, drafts or publishing history.

Cancel unwanted scheduled posts separately. Reconnecting before their scheduled time may allow them to run. Actions already in progress may complete. You can also revoke Tech Whirl CRM access in LinkedIn's own account settings.

Posts already on LinkedIn

Disconnecting or deleting Tech Whirl CRM records does not delete posts already published on LinkedIn. Manage those posts in LinkedIn. LinkedIn processes the information it holds under its own policies.
